Prolégo Consulting Solutions Welcomes Tim Miller

Prolégo Consulting Solutions is pleased to welcome Tim Miller as Senior Vice President. In this role, Miller will guide Prolégo’s continued growth and strategic vision, helping clients navigate strategic capital programs, organizational challenges, and long-term planning initiatives through the firm’s advisory, program management, and owner representation services.

With more than three decades of experience spanning public education, state government, and nonprofit organizations, Miller brings a wealth of expertise to his new role. Most recently, he served as Executive Director of the Uvalde Moving Forward Foundation, where he coordinated efforts to raise more than $60 million to support the design and construction of Legacy Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas. He also held leadership roles with the Charles Butt Foundation, Raise Your Hand Texas, the Texas Education Agency, and as Superintendent of Cleburne ISD.

Miller holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from The University of Texas at Austin, two master’s degrees and a bachelor’s degree from Trinity University, and has completed postdoctoral studies in educational leadership through Harvard University.
