Jeff Brooks, FACHE

Vice President
Jeff brings a unique perspective to medical facility construction. Formerly a healthcare CEO, he spent 12 years in healthcare administration and operations and 15 years at a healthcare planning, design, and construction firm. Jeff holds an MBA and an engineering degree from Southern Methodist University. He is a LEED Green Associate, certified in healthcare evidence-based design, and is a fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Satterfield & Pontikes leveraged our proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and an integrated project delivery system to save more than $25M on this new two-building campus with a central plant. As a result, the owner added scope enhancements such as including significant upgrades to the Biosafety Level (BSL)-2 and -3 laboratories.
