Overview

Massive construction, renovation and demolition project to consolidate rental car agencies at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. The scope of work included construction of 25 new structures, including a 30,000 SF customer service building, 667,000 SF parking garage, 13,500 SF utility building and 9,000 SF terminal maintenance building. This project also included the demolition of 34 structures, renovation of multiple sites, paving, utilities and site components. The four-phase project relocated remote sites for Alamo, National, Enterprise, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Thrifty, Advantage and Hertz into a centralized facility.
