Overview

This rail-served Class A industrial development is on 246 acres near the Houston Ship Channel. The state-of-the-art logistics center features multi-modal capabilities for truck, rail, ship and barge served transport needs. The industrial park offers on-site rail storage, ample trailer storage, 32- and 36-foot clear heights.

The first phase was construction of a 485,000 SF cross dock building and a 295,000 SF cross-dock building. Building 7 is a 125,000 SF tilt-wall warehouse constructed to allow for future tenant build-out work to accommodate the tenant’s needs.

The Port 10 project also included the construction of a 110’ steel truss bridge and a Rail Spur off the existing Coady Yard Rail Yard. The bridge connects 2 sides of the property that are divided by a San Jacinto River Authority Canal. The Rail Spur is the first 900’ of track that will eventually continue onto the Port 10 Project and provide rail serve buildings in future phases of the project.

The final facility will comprise 3 million SF, 2 million of which will be directly rail served.
