Overview

This state-of-the-art, Class-A office and warehouse facility was built on a 14-acre site in north Houston. With its proximity to George Bush Intercontinental Airport and Interstate 45, the facility is ideally suited for warehousing and distribution functions.

The building features a 32-foot clear height that provides ample cubic feet for storage. With an office area on each corner of the building, the cross-dock facility offers the flexibility to accommodate up to four tenants. The building provides dock-high doors as well as grade-level access doors for truck/trailer access to handle air and sea containers. The scope of work included concrete tiltwall construction, 10’ drilled piers and 6” concrete slab foundation, paving, and a large parking and drive area, as well as permitting, platting and site clearing.
