Overview

Construction of a new 35,000 SF Administration Building serves as the primary entrance to the Port’s Bayport Terminal. The concrete tilt-wall and structural steel facility with a metal roof includes a secured suite for the Department of Homeland Security as well as offices for gate/yard operations, communications and security. The LEED Silver building is designed to provide ample natural light through roof-level windows. An exterior curtain wall and special windows help maintain a comfortable interior temperature and improve energy efficiency.

S&P also completed a 65,000 SF two-story Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Building on the same site.
