Developed by the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund, a New York based not-for profit, the new healthcare facility will provide comprehensive care to active-duty United States military personnel diagnosed with traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and post-traumatic stress disorders (PTSD). S&P has been selected to provide Construction Management Services for the new Intrepid Spirit Center.

Jeff brings a unique perspective to medical facility construction. Formerly a healthcare CEO, he spent 12 years in healthcare administration and operations and 15 years at a healthcare planning, design, and construction firm. Jeff holds an MBA and an engineering degree from Southern Methodist University. He is a LEED Green Associate, certified in healthcare evidence-based design, and is a fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives.
