S&P Welcomes Ryan Aalsma as Vice President of Operations, Central Texas 

Ryan Aalsma is a strategic operations leader with nearly 30 years of experience guiding large, complex programs across the construction industry. In his new role at Satterfield & Pontikes Construction (S&P), he will oversee operations in Central Texas, aligning project delivery with long-term business goals while strengthening client partnerships and developing high-performing teams. 

His career reflects both operational depth and executive vision. Aalsma has led billion-dollar portfolios spanning healthcare, education, government, and commercial sectors, consistently driving efficiency, risk management, and organizational growth. Known for his ability to translate strategy into execution, he brings a forward-looking perspective to S&P's leadership team.

Aalsma holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Tarleton State University and a Master of Legal Studies in Real Estate & Construction Law at Texas A&M University. He has also completed advanced executive leadership programs focused on building agile organizations and preparing leaders for future industry challenges.
