Satterfield & Pontikes Construction (S&P) has promoted Caitlin Keller to Director of People Operations. In this new role, she will improve HR processes and systems, analyze current trends in benefits and compensation, and manage staffing processes, training, and recruiting.
As the former People Operations Manager at S&P, Keller was able to learn the ins and outs of the company before stepping into the Director role.
“Promoting Caitlin to Director of People Operations was a no-brainer. She is a dynamic and strategic leader with a track record of high performance,” says Nic Flannery, VP Risk Management. “With her extensive experience, I’m confident she will accelerate our growth and continue our tradition of bringing on the best people in the industry.”
Keller has spent her career in the construction industry leading numerous human resource initiatives for growth and talent development as well as working as a change agent implementing innovative HR practices. Having previously worked at a Fortune 500 company, Keller comes equipped with the right tools to further S&P’s aggressive growth goals.
With a reputation as an ethical and civic-minded leader, Keller looks to improve employee engagement and transparency.
“My goal is to bring a more intentional focus on total employee experience, empower employees and give them a greater view into decision-making, processes, and accountability,” says Keller. “We know that transparency creates a reciprocal relationship of trust resulting in a more effective workforce. I look forward to serving in this role and nurturing an environment of collaboration.”
