Having previously worked at a Fortune 500 company, Keller comes equipped with the right tools to further S&P’s aggressive growth goals.
With a reputation as an ethical and civic-minded leader, Keller looks to improve employee engagement and transparency.
“My goal is to bring a more intentional focus on total employee experience, empower employees and give them a greater view into decision-making, processes, and accountability,” says Keller. “We know that transparency creates a reciprocal relationship of trust resulting in a more effective workforce.
