S&P Names New President

Satterfield & Pontikes Construction (S&P) is proud to announce a significant change to our senior leadership structure with Nicholas Flannery being named as the new President. In his role he will work alongside S&P Chairman and CEO, George A. Pontikes Jr., to spearhead the company and its subsidiaries’ continued growth, streamline operations, and implement new technologies to improve the delivery of construction for our clients.

“We have a solid team and on that foundation we will carry out George and Laura Pontikes’ vision of building a company that sustains,” said Flannery. “The entire family of companies can be proud of what we’re building together.”

Flannery has a long history with S&P dating back more than 20 years when he served as the very first S&P summer intern. Since then, he has diligently worked his way up the company serving in numerous roles in both operations and corporate.

Flannery has a degree in Construction Management from Purdue University and is a Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS). Also a LEED Accredited Professional, Flannery is an alumnus of Leadership Dallas. He is a passionate supporter of and volunteers with Arrow Child & Family Ministries and Nora’s Home.

“Nic’s appointment marks a pivotal moment in our company’s journey,” said Pontikes. “I have witnessed his dedication and growth over the past two decades. He’s innovative, driven, capable, and strategic. Together we will grow stronger and carry on the legacy of S&P.”

S&P is looking forward to this new chapter of leadership as we continue to grow.
