S&P Names Cecil Zachary as Vice President of Project Controls
Cecil Zachary has been named Vice President of Project Controls for Satterfield and Pontikes Construction (S&P). In this role, he will oversee Project Startup, Closeout, Procurement, and Scheduling.
An industry veteran of 28 years, Zachary has spent his career leading project teams and operations units. He has spent the past 10 years at S&P working in operations and, most recently, developing a project controls team. “S&P is an established yet rapidly growing leader in the construction industry grounded by its core values and strengthened by its operating pillars,” says Zachary. “I am excited to support this growth with a focus on delivering on our promise to our customers.” His leadership style is guided by the principle of growing and developing people. “I’m privileged to work with an extremely talented group of construction professionals. I’m here to guide and grow them utilizing my industry experience.”
Zachary’s experience extends into many sectors of the construction industry, with positions ranging from carpenter to operations executive. Cecil currently serves on the Board of Directors at Associated Builders and Contractors Greater Houston, as well as their PAC, Membership and DE&I committees.
