S&P Awarded Additions and Renovations Project for Friendswood High School

Satterfield & Pontikes has been awarded a million additions and renovations project for Friendswood High School in Friendswood, Texas.

The project is being delivered as a Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) in partnership with PBK. The scope of the work includes:

• New fine arts addition
• Renovation of existing auditorium & fine arts wing
• Renovation of existing CTE spaces
• New competition gym and support spaces
• Locker room renovations
• Reconfiguration of athletic fields and spaces
• Additional parking and detention
