Satterfield & Pontikes Announces C-Suite

Satterfield & Pontikes (S&P) is thrilled to announce an important change in its senior leadership. In order to enhance operations as well as administrative and financial organization, S&P is creating a new leadership C-Suite. Charlie Fote has been named Chief Operating Officer, John Marshall has been named Chief Revenue Officer, and Nicholas Flannery has been named Chief Administration Officer.

“The creation of this new C-Suite will further S&P’s strategic growth goals by leveraging the combined experience of these three exceptional leaders,” says George A. Pontikes Jr., S&P Chairman & CEO. “When we began to discuss its creation, I knew I couldn’t look anywhere else but from within the company itself. We have the best people in the industry leading us into the next chapter of this company’s success story.”

An industry veteran of 31 years, Fote is a service-oriented leader focused on the team’s success through results. Fote’s management style is rooted not only in his having worked his way through the ranks at S&P, but also reflects his education and strong business sense.  Fote will oversee Preconstruction, Scheduling, Estimating, Industrial and the company’s three core Business Units – North Texas, Central Texas, and Houston.

Marshall brings his diverse career to the role with prior experience in public works, government-related projects and education as well as 28 years in the construction industry. Marshall will continue to oversee the S&P Centers of Excellence and collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing, monitor opportunities, and continue to set operations up for success.

Flannery brings his exuberance and strategic eye to the role. He began his journey at S&P more than 20 years ago as a summer intern and has since served in numerous roles in operations and corporate. Flannery will oversee People Operations, Legal, Project Success Planning, BIM and Tech Services, Safety and Quality.
