S&P and RAM Contracting Awarded New Project

The joint venture of S&P and RAM Contracting was recently awarded the Richland Campus Early College High School Workforce – East Building project for Dallas College. The new 98,000 SF facility, designed by Corgan, is one of six projects within Phase one of Dallas College’s 2019 bond program. Pre-construction will kick off this month and construction is anticipated to begin in June of 2021. The project is S&P’s fourth project for Dallas College, and is scheduled to open for the Fall semester 2022.
