With the recent focus on women’s health, we wanted to shine a light on this exceptional facility we are extremely proud to have built. Manatee Gynecology was created with a singular purpose in mind: to exclusively house women’s reproductive and surgical services. Keeping this focus at the forefront, Satterfield & Pontikes Construction (S&P) was able to create a healthcare facility that fosters a comforting and approachable atmosphere tailored to women’s needs.
Within its one-story structure, the 10,000 square-foot medical office combines both modernism and innovation. The exterior masonry utilizes stucco-finished concrete, paired with porcelain-tiled blocks, creating an eye-catching facility. Interior finishes include a granite reception desk and nurses’ station, while aluminum canopies at the entrance and windows provide both functionality and visual appeal.
Being more than just a run of the mill office, Manatee is able to offer its patients specialized care through advanced laparoscopy, robotic procedures, and urogynecology surgery making them a significant asset to both Manatee and Sarasota counties. They are also comprised of an all women care team.
