Project Spotlight: Dallas College Richland – Red River Hall
Innovative Design Meets Educational Excellence
Located on the Dallas College Richland campus, Red River Hall is a beautiful, two-story academic building that continues the campus’s strong architectural identity and connects to the existing structures by the surrounding landscape.
The construction of the new, 108,000 square-foot hall allowed the college to further develop its business school by expanding the Bloomberg Finance and Investment Lab for its accounting program. Included in the design were additional classrooms, administrative offices, computer labs, a 4,000 square-foot conference space, coffee shop and cafeteria for dual credit students.
Red River Hall also houses the Early College High School Education Partners Center for high school students enrolled in dual credit courses.
