S&P Celebrates Topping Out of Klein Tools Warehouse Expansion
More than 100 trade partners joined representatives from Satterfield & Pontikes Construction (S&P) and Klein Tools to celebrate the topping out of the Klein Tools Warehouse Expansion in Mansfield, Texas. The milestone marks the completion of the building’s structural framework and the transition into the interior construction phase.
The new 460,000-square-foot warehouse is designed to integrate seamlessly with Klein Tools’ existing 300,000-square-foot distribution center, creating a more efficient and unified operation that will support the company’s continued growth and long-term investment in U.S.-based manufacturing.
“We are honored to partner with Klein Tools on this important project,” said Caleb Parsons, S&P Director of Operations. “The commitment to safety, quality, and collaboration demonstrated by the entire project team has been outstanding. We are grateful to our trade partners and project team for their hard work and dedication in helping bring this project to life.”
The warehouse expansion represents a significant investment in Klein Tools’ Mansfield campus and will enhance the company’s distribution capabilities while supporting future growth.
“This project represents an important investment in the future of Klein Tools, our Mansfield operations, and our continued commitment to American manufacturing,” said James Bittinger, Chief of Staff reporting to Thomas Klein Sr., Chaiman and CEO of Klein Tools. “We are proud of the progress made to date and our working relationship with S&P, BOKA Powell, trade partners, and everyone involved in bringing this project to life. We look forward to the opportunities this expansion will create for our employees, customers, and the communities we serve.”
S&P extends its appreciation to Klein Tools, BOKA Powell, the project’s trade partners, and the entire construction team for their dedication, collaboration, and commitment to safety and quality throughout construction to date.
Construction is expected to be completed in late 2026.
