Godley ISD Celebrates Milestone with CTE Beam Signing Ceremony

Satterfield & Pontikes (S&P) is honored to be the construction manager for the Godley ISD Wildcat Innovative Learning Destination, a four-story Career and Technical Education (CTE) center that will house over 40 classrooms, learning spaces, and school-based enterprise (SBE) programs. The CTE center will allow Godley ISD to grow their IT/Networking, Marketing, Ag, Engineering, Health Science, and AV programs, as well as increase the number of industry certifications offered to students.

“The Godley ISD Wildcat Innovative Learning Destination represents an investment in the future of the community, providing students with the resources and tools they need to succeed in their careers,” says Jason Haralson, S&P Senior Vice President. “We’re thrilled to be a part of this unique and innovative project, and we’re excited about the positive impact it will have on the students and the community as a whole.”

We were proud to be a part of the recent “topping out” ceremony for the project, where we joined Godley ISD and Huckabee Architects in signing the final beam before it was lifted into place. The beam signing tradition is a significant milestone in construction and symbolizes the end of the structural phase of the project. Thank you to our design partners, Huckabee Architects, for their innovative design. Congratulations to Godley ISD on this major milestone. We look forward to seeing the CTE center come to life.
