Cypress-Fairbanks ISD Project Wins Continue

Satterfield & Pontikes will be constructing another school facility with Cy-Fair ISD. The project is the yet-to-be-named Middle School 20, a part of the district’s $1.7 billion bond package approved in May 2019.

The middle school will complete their the District’s educational village alongside Wells Elementary and Bridgeland High School. Middle School 20 will connect to Wells at the cafeteria, separated by a large partition during everyday use. The partition can open up as needed to create a shared space for larger events.

S&P procured this project via a Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) delivery method. We were awarded the project at the May 10 CFISD board meeting.

Texas-IBI Group designed the three-story building expected to open in August of 2023. The project’s value is $67 million.

S&P recently completed two other projects for the district, including Cy-Fair’s Middle School 19, now named Rowe Middle School, and Cypress Park High School.
