Overview

The Intrepid Spirit Center at Fort Bliss is strategically positioned adjacent to the new William Beaumont Army Medical Center in East El Paso. This one-story medical facility is fully equipped with cutting-edge technology to provide advanced evaluation and treatment for traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) to active-duty military personnel and their families. By incorporating multiple specialty care services under one roof, the center is designed to offer each soldier individualized treatment tailored to their specific injuries and needs.

Intrepid Spirit Center takes a comprehensive and holistic approach to healing by integrating a wide range of treatment disciplines within a single facility. These include neurology, psychiatry, ophthalmology, speech pathology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and yoga, as well as integrative therapies such as music and art therapy. The facility also offers a thoughtfully designed array of amenities, including exam rooms, a fully equipped physical therapy gym, locker facilities, and an outdoor patio with seating, giving patients a restorative space to enjoy fresh air and find moments of peace throughout their recovery.
