Texas A&M’s Health Science Center integrates education, research and clinical facilities in an inviting setting that inspires thoughtfulness and collaboration. This $109.4 M, 299,338 SF campus includes the 138,307 SF Health Professions Education Building, 131,009 SF Medical Research and Education Building, a 27,000 SF simulation center, a 4,100 SF BSL-3 laboratory and a 12,672 SF central utility plant.

Satterfield & Pontikes used advanced proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology and our integrated project delivery system saved the owner more than $25 M. The BIM model was turned over to the client and used in conjunction with COBIE to aid with maintenance of the facilities.
