Overview

Built on 23 acres adjacent to Dalton Elementary School, this new two-story campus provides a warm, purpose-built environment for the district’s second through fourth grade students. Interior design draws from the natural beauty of the Texas Hill Country — native oak trees, vivid sunsets, and the delicate wings of migrating monarch butterflies — weaving a whimsical, kid-friendly palette throughout every space. At the heart of the school, the library serves as both an academic anchor and a place of remembrance, its vibrant walls adorned with bumblebee and butterfly motifs and a beautifully rendered memorial oak tree at its center.

The campus was thoughtfully designed for connection and shared community between the two schools. A fully air-conditioned gymnasium serves students from both the new elementary school and neighboring Dalton Elementary, while shared access to the library, playgrounds, and a large outdoor courtyard fosters a unified campus experience. The playground spaces include two play areas — one specifically designed to be inclusive for children with special needs — ensuring every student has a place to belong.
