S&P Awarded New Godley ISD Project

Satterfield & Pontikes (S&P) has been named General Contractor of a new project with Godley ISD. This significant project is part of the district’s $168.5 million bond package approved May 2021. S&P was just awarded the job at the October 25th GISD Board Meeting.

This $55 million project will create additions to their high school which includes a new CTE building, Home and Visitor stadium seating, new turf and running track and a new 1600 seat indoor Arena. S&P was able to procure this job via a CM At Risk Proposal delivery method. Huckabee and Associates are our design partners and this represents our 3rd active project with them and our second project for Godley ISD. S&P is currently completing construction on a new Godley ISD Elementary School #3.
