Overview

Construction Manager – Agency Services for phase II at JFK Airport is a 76,000 SF expansion of the B Concourse on the Terminal 4 site at JFK International Airport providing Delta with 11 new contact gates, operations space, retail, and a new utility substation. External works include new and expanded taxi lanes and throats, hydrant fueling pits for all new gates, storm water drainage system, electric, water and sanitary services. For Phase II, Delta Air Lines elected to hold the trade contracts directly and worked with the S&P / STV joint venture to administer those contracts as the Construction Manager.
