Overview
The joint venture of Satterfield & Pontikes and STV provided Program Management services for the full scope of work of the JFK Terminal 4 Redevelopment Program Phase 1. To complete the project, our team oversaw a single Architectural and Engineering team (A/E) and two separate construction teams. The Construction Manager at Risk led the addition and renovation of the terminal building and the BHS/CBIS systems upgrade with new East Box construction. Concurrently, a hard bid general contractor completed the addition to Concourse B.
