Century Square is a multi-phased 60-acre mixed-use development near Texas A&M University in College Station. The project includes construction of retail and restaurant spaces, 90,000 SF of Class A office space, a central gathering place, Star Cinema, a four-story garage, and two hotels.

Buildings B & G are 46,000 SF, three-story tilt-wall, masonry and glass commercial office buildings with first floor retail. Buildings C & F are each 6,300 SF single story masonry and glass retail buildings, and buildings H & K are two single story masonry and glass retail buildings connected by a canopy.  The Star Theater is a two-story tilt-wall, masonry and glass facility with first floor retail, attached to a four-level precast parking garage with approximately 300 spaces.
