This project involved the comprehensive renovation and strategic relocation of an existing first-floor laboratory suite. Scope of work included the installation of a new mechanical unit to support enhanced operational efficiency and environmental control.

The renovation encompassed multiple critical areas, including administrative offices, a fully equipped laboratory suite, pathology laboratory, conference room, laboratory supply and storage zones, blood bank, and restrooms. Our team also delivered key infrastructure upgrades, notably the installation of a new HVAC system tailored for clinical environments and a pneumatic tube system to streamline specimen transport and workflow.
