Overview
Construction of four new buildings totaling 185,000 SF at the Standard Equipment Company (SEC) Energy Products & Services corporate headquarters complex in northwest Houston. The office and warehouse scope consisted of a pre-engineered metal building with structural steel frame, elevator, and three motorized overhead doors.
The three additional crane-served metal buildings included motorized doors and a total of 15 bridge cranes. The buildings include locker facilities, break rooms, offices, and continuous translucent wall lighting. The structure is slab-on-grade foundations, perimeter grade beams, 12-foot-deep belled piers with concrete aprons for each building.
