The 18,500 SF Allcare Medical Plaza accommodates the rapid growth of the Allcare Medical Center (AMC), which nearly tripled in size over the recent years. The new AMC is located on the top floor of the new two-story building and offers family medicine, gynecology, and behavior health services.

The medical building sits on a 1.5-acre site and provides administrative doctor consultation offices, behavioral health offices, exam rooms, nursing stations, procedure rooms, conference areas, physical therapy clinic space, and urgent care-specific waiting areas. The building features high-end finishes from custom cabinetry to granite and marble flooring. Abundant windows maximize the use of natural light, and exterior porcelain wall tile with blue window glass enhance the building’s modern appearance. The Allcare Medical Plaza project includes site development with 35,000 SF of paving, sidewalk, and curbs.
