S&P Hires Susan Grawe as Senior Director of Business Development

Satterfield & Pontikes (S&P) recently added a new team member, Susan Grawe, to the Dallas office to advance our business acquisition strategies. Susan will serve as the Senior Director of Business Development.

From starting her first job at 17 to now more than 31 years in the industry, Susan has a long history of thoughtful development and implementation of business development strategies. As a Business Developer, Susan’s notable projects include the Jane and John Justin Patient Surgical Tower, a $300 million expansion project for Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth and the O’Hare Global Terminal, an $8.5 billion project.

Throughout her career, Susan has built strong relationships across the A/E/C industry. She is a community advocate that serves to promote economic development, transportation, education and increased opportunities for businesses and workforce initiatives. In her spare time, she mentors people who are early in their careers.

Susan has served on the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth, the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber, Chairman of Metroport Cities Partnership, the North Texas Commission – Local Government Accountability Task Force, the Advisory Council for Powerful Purses, and Southlake Executive Forum. She was also a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), the Executive Leadership Committee of March for Babies – Fort Worth, Executive Leadership for the American Heart Association, Tarrant County Workforce Improvement, Tarrant Transit Alliance Founders Council and on the Advisory Board for the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Training Center.
