In this expanded role, Russell will assist in managing the Aviation Center of Excellence as well as the management and oversight of aviation projects. He also will actively pursue new business for this sector on the company’s behalf. Russell is an eight-year S&P veteran and has more than 80 aviation construction projects to his credit. Previously, as Aviation Project Executive for the company, he focused solely on a deep area of expertise, Baggage Handling Systems and aviation security. “Matt has extensive experience in project management and construction management services for airport facilities,” says Frank M.
